Charlie is an experienced mortgage professional with over 15 years of retail and commercial banking experience. He is an accredited financial planner that takes pride in providing the best solutions for his clients. He brings his passion for helping his customers to every interaction. Charlie is a long-time resident of the Hamilton area and an active member of the community.
He is involved in organizations that focus on helping those in need. He was a board member of Food4kids for 5 years. He is a family man, who enjoys spending time with his wife and children. In his spare time, you can catch him cheering on his favourite hockey team, playing golf or checking out the newest restaurant in town.
Ashish Modi

Ashish brings with him over 10 years of business, alternative and mortgage financing experience. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph and several certifications accrued over his career. Ashish is a Hamilton native and supports his community.
He has volunteered with Ride for JDRF and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hamilton as a Big Brother. He is a big fan of food and family, you can likely find him at one of the many great options Hamilton has to offer.
